For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors should complete the author registration before May 20, 2024; other participants can register by July 30, 2024.

About VISA
Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China. Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy.
You may need an invitation letter to get a visa in the nearest Chinese Embassy/Consulate.
To get the invitation letter, please email tase2024@126.com and provide:
- Full Name (exactly as in your passport)
- Passport Number
- Your Nationality
- The dates you expect to arrive and depart China
We will email you the signed letter which will state the conference name, the duration of the conference, your detailed correspondence that will be extracted from your enquiry.

TASE 2024 will be held at Confucius Hotel (大成精舍酒店), Guiyang, China.

- Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport
- Plan A: Take Metro Line 2 to Yan'an West Road Subway Station, transfer to Metro Line 3 to Kong Xuetang Station (Exit B), and take a taxi to the hotel (about 10 yuan); it takes about 1 hour and 25 minutes, and costs about 17 yuan in total;
- Plan B: Take a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel (20 kilometers); it takes about 28 minutes, and costs about 50 yuan in total.
- Guiyang North Railway Station
- Plan A: Take Metro Line 1 to Beijing Road Station, transfer to Metro Line 3 to Kong Xuetang Station (Exit B), take a taxi to the hotel (about 10 yuan); it takes about 1 hour and 26 minutes, and costs about 17 yuan in total;
- Plan B: Take a taxi directly from Guiyang North Railway Station to the hotel (23 kilometers); it costs about 50 yuan in total.
- Guiyang Railway Station
- Plan A: Take Metro Line 1 to Beijing Road Subway Station, transfer to Metro Line 3 to Kong Xuetang Station (Exit B), take a taxi to the hotel (about 10 yuan); it takes about 1 hour and 13 minutes, and costs about 16 yuan in total;
